Who are we, and what are we doing?

We are a group of 6th graders who have noticed all the violence in the media and wanted to show people how much there really was by making a booklet that shows all the violence in many popular shows such as sponge-bob and others.

• After we decided to make our booklet we had each child and their parent watch 4 TV shows 2 times each. We then averaged all the Verbal, Physical, Sexual, and Swearing violence.
  
• We then made many class decisions about our booklet together and made sure that everyone was happy with the outcome of our booklet.
• Then we spent endless hours working to prefect our booklet and all of its content.
• Over Spring Break, Around 10 kids started the hunt for sponsers and to get donated money for the charitable organization called HomeFree for battered Women and Children.

• We are dedicating our booklet to all the victims of the recent Red Lake High School shooting and to all the other victims of violence.
